Where do you ship from?
We are based in New Delhi, and all orders are shipped from our New Delhi facility. We usually process and dispatch orders within 0–1 business days to ensure quick delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we do offer express shipping. Our system automatically selects the fastest available air courier service for your pincode. If an air option isn’t available, we use the quickest surface courier. For deliveries within Delhi NCR, we can also arrange same-day delivery through Porter or Uber Package—in such cases, the shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking details.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If it’s past the estimated delivery date and you haven’t received your order, please reach out to us at info@thetrost.com/ +91 98420 40040 with your order ID. We’ll look into it right away.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can change the shipping address before the order is shipped or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes. To update your shipping address, you can email us or contact our customer care team via call or WhatsApp.
What if I receive a damaged or tampered package?
If your package looks damaged or tampered with, please don’t accept it. Take a photo and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, we offer COD with an additional convenience fee of ₹60.
