- Same Day Delivery in NCR: For the National Capital Region, we offer same-day delivery through Borzo/Wefast. Delivery charges vary based on your pin code and are borne by the customer.
- Pick-Up Option: If you prefer, you can also pick up your products from our dispatching offices in Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Bangalore. To choose this option, please inform our customer support at (+91 9842040040) and specify not to dispatch the product via Shiprocket.

What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping for prepaid orders across India. If you choose the cash on delivery option, there is a flat fee of ₹60.
How do I track my order?
Shiprocket will notify you via WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched from our New Delhi dispatching office. They will also share a tracking link with you. If you haven't received the tracking link, please reach out to our support line at (+91 9842040040), and they will assist you in obtaining the tracking information.
How soon will I receive my order?
The delivery time for your order depends on your location. Typically, orders shipped to Delhi are delivered the next day during regular days. For regions farther away, the delivery timeframe may extend to 2-3 days or 4-5 days, ensuring your order reaches you as efficiently as possible.
