Very Good but dosage can be higher

The product overall is effective and working well but I believe taste is of importance when it comes to a product of this nature, and if the gummy was to be made in a different flavour which can suppress the strong ayurvedic taste (bitterness). Apart from this a 2.5% increase to the dosage should be considered for patients with severe insomnia and/or anxiety, since I started using the product I've found it easier to deal with these problems but I think my body has gotten used to it now.
