There seems to be a issue with this batch
Hi Team, Let me start by saying that I’m a big fan of your product! I’ve been using it for a while, but my brother was the one purchasing it with his prescription rather than me, as I only got my prescription recently. So, I’m fairly familiar with the impact it has on my body. However, I feel like there may be an issue with this batch, as it has had little to no impact on me. This doesn’t seem to be related to the frequency of use, as I’ve only used two pouches since purchasing it. When I went through the box, I also noticed some resin on a few of the pouches. I’m not sure if this could be related to exposure to sunlight during storage. I keep it in my wine cellar at 16°C, so it’s generally stored in a cool environment.
